SHIPPING

In stock orders are packaged and shipped within 3 business days.

 

If at any time you have questions about the status of your order, reach out to us at info@justinmaust.com.  Response time is within 24 hours.

If you don't love your Success Loves Discipline merchandise, contact us at info@justinmaust.com within 30 days of the original purchase.  Include with your return package a copy of the packing slip from the original shipment, and note the items being returned.  

 

Once your return is received, we’ll send you an email notification that the refund (excluding shipping costs) is underway.  You’ll see the refund within 1 to 2 weeks on the credit card used for the purchase.

EXCHANGES

To exchange an item, contact us at info@justinmaust.com within 30 days of the original purchase.  We’ll gather the following information from you:

  • Item to be exchanged  

  • Item requested for the exchange, including size if applicable 

Include with your exchange package a copy of the packing slip from the original shipment, and note the item being exchanged.
